  • Every plot we sell is FREEHOLD. This means that it is yours and your descendants forever.
  • Fieldhaven Ltd only sells agricultural land, none of it has planning permission.
  • There is a £40 registration charge payable to HM Land Registry per plot.
  • All our land is sold through Plot Masters. part of the Money Masters Ltd Group.
  • Whilst we endeavour to make the plot sizes as accurate as possible, there will always be a (human) error so... all sizes & measurements are approximate.
  • This website has been carefully designed to give a fair representation of each plot, but is not intended to constitute part of an offer or contract.

    •   Why buy land?

  • Land prices have not gone down significantly for over seven years, in fact they keep going up, so it is a sound investment in the mid to long term.

  • Depending on local council regulations, you can use your own land to have a holiday in your caravan, if you're not there for longer than two consecutive weeks.
  • There is only so much pasture land in England, it is a finite commodity.
  • Not many households have a garden large enough to put a horse on.
  • There are limited opportunities for private individuals to acquire small plots rather than large fields.
